Cho ( , チョウ, Chō) is a Star Light with a very short temper. He can be found in Guard, the 15th room of the Star Palace. He is the guard of the Public Office next to his room. If you interact with him three times, he will fling Rin to the 5th room, the Guard of Chu-Teng's Room.
