Kae-yang ( 
, カエヤン, Kaeyan) is a Chu-Teng creature of the Sun Palace. If you interact with him at the Star Palace he will give you a Frog Feather, if in the Sun Palace, he will give you a Treasure Chest Key.

A member of the Sun Palace.
However, he is frequently driven
off to other palaces
because Tai-yang's desire
to monopolize all brightness
is so strong that he does not
want even the lights of his own
palace near him. Kae-yang is the wisest
light in the Sun Palace and he laments that
Chu-Teng is now overrun by the doctrine of Light Supremacy.
Incidentally, he has a funny accent.
