Shi-tsu (シツ, Shitsu or Shisu) is a Star Light who burns with the light of the Starlight Flame. He can be found in the Starfire Room, the 28th room of the Star Palace. He has the ability to light flammable items with his flame. The Starlight Flame used to be a flame that he guarded, but he eventually lit himself with it. The flame has been burning him up and he can no longer move his joints, so he requests that you carry on his lineage by taking the Starlight Flame to Suin-shin.
