Teng-hou (テンホウ, Tenhou) was a creature located in the Milky Way. He gives you a Star Tally to exit the Milky Way through the White Road Gate and enter the Star Palace.

Habitat and Role
A light of the Star Palace who
was sent to manage the Milky Way,
a passage of light that connects
Chu-Teng and the Earth.
His job is to take lights who were
banished for being insufficiently
bright and smoothly send
them to the Earth without
jamming up the Milky Way.
Collecting the various things that
drift into the Milky Way
is his hobby.
