Tou ( , トウ) is one of the 8 creatures that Rin can reincarnate as in Eastern Mind: The Lost Souls of Tong-Nou. He is the guardian of the Tree of Life, Mingke-shu. His mission is to register newly-created life, specifically the lives of the Zoh-gaeru Family and his own. Tou is born with the Disc of Wood, which he needs to complete his mission.

Mission

Tou is born in Ming-ken, with the task of registering his own life and the lives of the Zoh-gaeru Family. He must use the Computer in Shi-chieng and the Disc of Wood he was born with to complete this task.

Walkthrough

Tou must first talk to Moku-gyou, the king of Ming-ken, then to each Zoh-gaeru member residing in the forest to learn their names. After this, they must visit the computer in Thi-eng, within the Fire Tower Tong-tah, which is located in Shi-chieng.

Once at the computer, Tou must insert the Disc of Wood to enter life-registration mode. After entering the names of the four Zoh-gaeru's (which are typed as ZO-U-GA-E-[RA/RE/RI/RO]), Tou should enter their own name and receive a Registration Card, which they must then bring back to Moku-gyou to complete their quest.

Tong-Nou Book Entry

Guardian of the Tree of Life. Tou's mission is to register new life. In order to register life, he must travel to Shi-chieng (Land of Time).

Likes

Tou's fetish is mechanical apparatus. His fingers are long and thin. He also wears accurate eye glasses.

Dislikes

Cannot bear his very own physique. An aerodynamic body (a hole right in the middle of the body) with a long and winding neck are the subjects of his inferiority complex.
