King-gyou ( ) is the king of the Land of Desire Yui-wang. When awoken by a Golden Flower, he will present the player with an entrance to the Helix Palace Luo-shang after a choice between six items that are useful inside: the Chopsticks, Sheep Intestine, Sun Water, Bottle Gourd, Small Mallet, and Panacea. He is known to turn souls who perish in the Helix Palace into jewlery and gold for himself.

King of Yui-wang (Land of Desire), embraces infinite desire. His ugly desires have turned his body to gold. Possesses the power to turn human desires into gold or gems. Greedy and self-centered, but amiable.

Likes

Collecting gold and gems to decorate the Helix Palace Luo-shang is his life work. A tone-deaf, but, a music freak. Seeks but the four missing instruments.

Dislikes

All that is neither gold nor gems, are worth as much as dust. Simplicity and poverty are the words he most dislikes. Detests all tone-deaf people apart from himself.
