Ni-a-mong
Ni-a-mong is a member of the A-mong Family of thieves, and is associated with the Land of Time Shi-chieng. He also appears in Land of Life Ming-ken.
Appearance
Ni-a-mong shares the same general look as the rest of the A-mong family. Much like them, Ni-a-mong is a tripedal humanoid creature donning wooden sandals, a cape, a symbol on their chest, and a hat with an eyeball and seal with a symbol on it. Ni-a-mong is distinguished by their turquoise coloration, as well as their symbol of choice being two vertical lines (the Tong-Nou Script symbol for "2").
Purpose
Ni-a-mong will randomly appear on Floor 2 of the Fire Tower of Time Tong-tah. They run up to Rin, attempts to steal a random item from the Furoshiki if the player doesn't click away in time, and dashes off. However, if there are no valid items in the inventory (such as if the player has an empty furoshiki or is only holding key items), Ni-a-mong does nothing.
Item Preference
Notably, Ni-a-mong has no preference for items, and will steal any valid items from the inventory. This is in contrast to the other members of the A-mong Family, who each have distinct preferences.
