The Koma (コマ) is an item in Eastern Mind: The Lost Souls of Tong-Nou. It is used as an alternative to the Ant, and for trading.
Obtaining
The Koma is exclusive to the Phantom Marketplace Hou-ang, where one can trade the Bottle Gourd for it.
Usage
The Koma is primarily to be used on Moku-gyou at Mingke-shu, the Tree of Life, to open the gates to the tree and enter through his mouth, as an alternative to the Ant.
In addition, the Koma can be traded along with an Eyeball-Stone to receive a Hitogata.

For some reason, Moku-Gyou (King of Ming-ken) fears this product. Can only be exchanged with a Bottle Gourd.
