Rhythm 'n' Face Supplementary Reader (リズムンフェイス副読本) is a 48-page book by OutSide Directors Company, published by Asmik Ace Entertainment. It's believed that the book was bundled with copies of the game as part of a promotion.

The first half of the book shows how to design characters using combinations of circles, triangles, and squares, similar to The Art of Computer Designing. The second half is more focused on the game itself, explaining the concept and how to play. It also provides lists of inputs to create example designs in the game's bonus free paint stages. The remaining pages feature impressions from various magazine editors and artists, as well as art that they created in the game. The corners of most pages contain photos labeled "On the Street," which depict real world examples of the basic shapes.
