The Paper is an item in Chu-Teng. It can be find inside Heki.
The Paper has no usage. Even though you can burn it up with Shi-tsu, it will just be gone after one step.
Ordinary paper. Found within the Star Palace in a room full of paper. You can roll it up and burn it and so forth.
