The Yakitori is an item in Chu-Teng. You can get it by giving a Live Torikara to Mai-chiu, if you offer it to Tsu-tang you can get the Seven Stars.
Usage
There’s no other usage of the Yakitori rather than offer it to Tsu-tang.
