The Starlight is an item in Chu-Teng.
Usage
If you use the Starlight while talking to Sang-lian you can see Yue-yin in black and white.
Chu-Teng Tablet Entry
An offering that Suin-shin made to Tsu-tang, the altar. Starlight illuminates things that can't be seen. It can be used in the other palaces as well.
