Tong-tah, the Fire Tower of Time.

Tong-tah, the Fire Tower of Time, is a tower in the center of Shi-chieng, the Land of Time. It is host to the Thi-eng, the Computer Room, and a rock-looking creature named Ga-show who teleports Rin up and down the tower.
