The 3D Eyeball is a motif that appears in every major visual work by Osamu Sato. It is present in:
- The cover of The Esoteric Retina (and in the music videos for "The Earth is Round" and "Face the Music").
- The eyes in Tong-Nou's head (as well as the ones caged in its right cheek, and rolling about in its left cheek).
- Omedama, a character in the Moon Palace of Chu-Teng, guarding the entrance.
- The letter E from Rolypolys no Nanakorobi Yaoki.
- The Downer textures in LSD: Dream Emulator.
