The Ferris Wheel is an entity which appears in HAPPY TOWN on odd-numbered days. Although the wheel itself is intangible, the base links to Sun Faces Heave and is present on both day types.
Looking up at the wheel will trigger a cutscene, ending the dream. You can also ride up the Ferris Wheel by pressing 
in its vicinity; this was initially thought to be a rare event. After floating up to the top, the dream will end.
