The Giant Baby can ambush the player in Meigetsu-So Apartment. They can easily be found by pressing

Variants
There are two versions of the Giant Baby that can be seen.
Vanishing
Every 6 days starting from day 1 (1, 7, 13, etc.) the version of the Giant Baby whom slowly crawls around will be present.
Headbutting
Every 6 days starting from day 5 (5, 11, 17, etc.) the version of the Giant Baby whom headbutts the player will be present.
