A Dumpster containing two severed arms can be found in a corner of the Violence District. It has no collision, and the wall behind it is a dynamic link.
Looking down in front of the dumpster will cause an arm to fall out. Occasionally this will end the dream, sometimes playing a cutscene first. On days where this doesn't happen, subsequent visits to the Violence District will have the dumpster missing from its usual spot.
There are some days where this entity doesn't seem to spawn at all.
