The Wind Chime (風鈴, Fūrin) is an item in Eastern Mind: The Lost Souls of Tong-Nou. It is acquired in the Phantom Marketplace Hou-ang by trading Mai-chiu an Eyeball-Stone.

You can trade a Wind Chime along with an Eyeball-Stone to receive an Amulet from Mai-chiu.
