Asakusa Island is the third island in Tokyo Wakusei Planetokio. The island is home to traditional Japanese culture, an amusement park, and a fish market. It is the target of the fish-collecting alien Nurunuru.

Synopsis
Iken chases Nurunuru to Asakusa island to retrieve Gyororin. Upon landing in front of the Kaminarimon Gate, Iken receives a call from Dr. Hokin, where he is ordered to interview the locals about the alien. Iken then learns that the fireworks festival is on a blink of cancellation and the fish market sales are plummeting because of Nurunuru. A few locals, suggested Iken to meet the old geezer in the temple, and the fireworks guild master in the amusement park, as they know about the alien. Iken meets up the two people who then gives him the required items to defeat Nurunuru. In the end, Naomi joins with Iken, just as Fireworks festival starts. Naomi secretly kisses Iken on his cheek.

There are three stamp robot locations in Asakusa Island. One at the front of Kaminarimon Gate, one in the amusement park, and one next to the boss entrance.
