Hikarigaoka Island is the first island in Tokyo Wakusei Planetokio. It is notable for containing the secret headquarters of the Planetokio Defense Force within a refrigerator at the Rairai Ken ramen restaurant. It is one of the three islands under the Nerima Ward. It is unknown if Uomasa Fishmongers is located here.
