SYMDOG is an unused model found in the files of LSD: Dream Emulator. SYMDOG's location in the files suggests that it was not specific to any location and would have appeared across multiple fields. The model has two animations, with the first having its keyframes in the wrong order. When restored, the animation shows the dog turning and possibly staring at something. The second animation is the dog walking forward.

The dog would later appear in Tokyo Wakusei Planetokio, during the intro sequence of news broadcasts on Shibuya Island.

Speculated relation to the Spy

SYMDOG is in the same folder as the Spy, who is named "SYMSPY" internally. In addition, SYMDOG is referenced immediately after the Spy in the code (though nothing is actually assigned to it). Both models are similar in appearance, being untextured but darkly colored.
