Plot

Las Vegas Akiko has a very interesting schedule. At 3:00, we see her at her typing job, working on a computer. At 6:00, we see her at her house, putting on her artificial eyelashes and tail feathers. At 7:00, we see her at a club, dancing on a stage under a disco ball, with the other Roly Polys cheering her on. She dances until 4:00 in the morning. Next, we see her back at her house, sleeping. She wakes up at 8:00. We see her put on her glasses at 9:00, getting ready for her job. By 12:00, she is back at her job.

Explanation

Literally: Study hard and play hard.

We need to keep a balance in your lives between work and play. As too much play, of curse, is not good for us, too much work or study can be just as bad. Las Vegas Akiko works hard and plays hard.
