Outside Directors Company, frequently abbreviated as OSD and stylized as OutSide Directors Company, is a multimedia development company founded by Osamu Sato in 1988. Originally known as "Osamu Sato Design Office", its name was changed in July 1989. The company was responsible for producing several cult-classic videogames and art projects during the 1990's, with Eastern Mind: The Lost Souls of Tong-Nou and LSD: Dream Emulator being among their most well-known today.
Starting in late 2015, the company's main URL redirected to Sato's personal site, leading to speculation that OSD ceased operations at some point in the early 2010s.
