Outside Directors Company, frequently abbreviated as OSD and stylized as OutSide Directors Company, is a multimedia development company founded by Osamu Sato. The team is responsible for several cult-classic videogames and art projects during the 1990's, with Eastern Mind: The Lost Souls of Tong-Nou and LSD: Dream Emulator being the most well-known today. Their game catalogue can be separated into two eras: The Macintosh/PC era featuring games created in Macromedia Director paired with classic 90's CG by Noboru Iizuka, and the PlayStation era of games published under Asmik Ace Entertainment.
