Hikarigaoka Island is the first island in the game and it serves as a main hub for the Planetokio Defense Force. It is one of the three islands which is called the Nerima Ward. The main shop for the Chinese restaurant, Rai Rai Ken is located here, its refrigerator inside serves as the entrance to Dr. Hokin's Laboratory. It is unknown if Naomi and Dr. Campbell's shop, Uomasa fish shop is located here.
