Inserts a clear: both block. Useful for getting below images in pages.
You can set the first parameter to left or right to only have it clear that side, e.g. {{clear|left}}. This template is copied from The Cutting Room Floor, which is allowed under the websites Attribution 3.0 Unported (CC BY 3.0) license.
