The Small Mallet (小槌) is an item in Eastern Mind: The Lost Souls of Tong-Nou. It is one of the six items King-gyou offers to you before he grants you entrance to the Helix Palace Luo-shang. It can also be found in the left compartment within the chest of drawers in the Room of Greed Tong-shi.
Usage
It is used in the highest room up in the Helix Palace Luo-shang, to break the objects under the pillars. If the wrong object is broken three times, the ceiling will cave in and the player will be killed.
However, if the right objects are broken (on the right wall, the leftmost and rightmost objects), a new set of pillars will appear on the back wall of the room. If the third object from the right is broken with the Small Mallet, a small door will appear. This small door teleports the player to Mon-chien.
