The Koma (コマ) is an item in Eastern Mind: The Lost Souls of Tong-Nou. It is obtained in the Phantom Marketplace Hou-ang by trading a Bottle Gourd to Mai-chiu.

The Koma can be used on Moku-gyou at Mingke-shu, the Tree of Life, to open the gates to the tree and enter through his mouth.

The Koma, along with an Eyeball-Stone, can also be traded at the Phantom Marketplace Hou-ang to receive a Hitogata.
