Fire

F - Fire is a letter in Rolypolys no Nanakorobi Yaoki.

Plot

Pon walks out of his doghouse, Cho then runs behind him and hits him with a bat.
Pon walks across the beach, Cho is snorkeling behind him and shoots him with a slingshot.
Pon is walking across a bridge, Cho runs him over with a motorcycle.
Pon is walking through the streets of a city, Cho appears in a window and shoots him with a rifle.
Pon is walking back to his house at night, Cho appears in a bin and punches him with a boxing glove.
Cutting to Pon's house, we see Cho walk away with a lighter. Pon comes home to see a lit stick of dynamite on the floor, which explodes after a cut to black.

Moral

"Out of the frying pan and into the fire."

Pon walks across the screen with a bindle, as he is now homeless

Explanation

"Literally: One misfortune goes, another comes.

Just when you think you've escaped disaster, you find yourself in the middle of yet another fix—maybe an even worse one. Of course, no one likes problems; but when they come, don't they always seem to come in bunches? And when you're caught up in them, doesn't it seem like they'll never end? Look at Pon, just when he thinks he's finally gotten through the worst of Cho's tricks and escaped to the safety of his home... But Pon never gives up, because he knows that if he can withstand the hardships, he can overcome them—and after pain there is pleasure, and after sorrow there is happiness.
