Noboru Iizuka is a 3D modeler and 2D texture artist who worked on every game made by Outside Directors Company. He was born in 1962, and joined OSD in 1994.[1] Circumstantial evidence points to Strata being his 3D software of choice, except for the maps in LSD: Dream Emulator which may have been created in Lightwave.[2]
