Dr. Canbell (ドクターカンベール) is one of the main characters of Tokyo Wakusei Planetokio. He is a close friend and colleague of Dr. Hokin, who has worked with him on several projects. He is the owner of Uomasa fishmongers, and the father of Naomi.
Personality
Dr. Canbell works as a genetic splicer, fishmonger and alien biologist. He has a deep care for Naomi, and becomes hysterical when things don't go well for her or she gets hurt. He is strict towards Iken, whom he treats as his son-in-law.
