He is a Star Light that serves as the Guard of [[Chu-Teng (place)|Chu-Teng]]. After separating his head from [[Nan-shu's Body|his body]] and going into [[Ge-Teng]] to stop the darkness from taking over Chu-Teng, he was attacked by [[Chui-hei]]. This attack caused the parts of Nan-shu's face to be scattered across outer space and the Earth. Nan-shu transformed the two parts of his face that fell to Earth into different items to help [[Rin]] in his mission. His ears became the [[Chu-Teng Tablet]] and his left eye became a ship for Rin to travel across Chu-Teng in.
